Welcome to Loaded Sisters Twisted Tea Co.! By placing an order on our site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Orders & Fulfillment

​​

  • All products are handmade or custom-packaged and subject to availability.

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation via email.

  • Orders may be canceled only before fulfillment. If your order is already being processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please email us at loadedsisterstwistedteaco@gmail.com to request a cancellation.

 

2. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds unless your order is incorrect or arrives damaged/defective. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • Exchanges may be offered within reason, at our discretion.

  • We do not refund shipping fees.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

  • All orders are shipped via USPS and include a tracking number once fulfilled.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • U.S. Orders: 3–5 business days

    • Canada/Mexico: 7–14 business days

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or international customs processing.

 

4. Customer Accounts

 

Customers may create accounts through our Wix-powered platform to track orders or manage purchases. We do not create accounts on behalf of customers. Account creation is optional and managed securely by Wix.

 

5. Use of Products & Disclaimers

  • Our tea mixes are sold for recreational and refreshment purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

  • Do not use our products as a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Always consult with a healthcare professional before trying any new product.

  • By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are using the product at your own discretion and risk.

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

All website content, including images, text, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Loaded Sisters Twisted Tea Co. and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
