1. OUR SERVICES

The Services are provided for customers shopping through our Site. You are responsible for complying with any laws that apply to your use of the Services, including import rules and local regulations where applicable.

We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, photos, ingredient-related claims, colors, or product details will always be fully accurate, complete, or error-free due to screen differences, supplier changes, or updates.

All products are subject to availability and we may limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product offerings at any time.

6. PURCHASES, PRICING & PAYMENT

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment methods made available through our website checkout, which may include major credit cards and other options such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Venmo depending on availability.

Pricing, Errors, and Order Refusal

All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to:

Correct pricing or listing errors
Cancel orders where pricing or listing errors occur
Refuse or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, or reseller activity

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription Products

Some products may be offered as a subscription (for example, a monthly subscription tea box). By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency and price displayed at checkout, unless you cancel.

Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You understand and agree that:

Your payment method will be charged on a recurring basis based on the subscription schedule shown at checkout
Charges will continue until you cancel
Taxes and shipping (if applicable) will be added as shown at checkout

Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings (if available) or by contacting us at loadedsisterstwistedteaco@gmail.com. Cancellation typically takes effect for the next billing cycle, meaning a renewal already processed may still ship.

Subscription Availability & Changes

We may change subscription product availability, contents, pricing, or shipping schedules as needed. If a material change affects an active subscription, we will provide notice where required by law or via the information available in your account/checkout.

Subscription Returns & Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Because our products are consumable and custom-packaged, all sales are final, except where we determine an order issue occurred (such as the wrong item or damaged product), reviewed case-by-case.

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms by reference.

Where We Ship

We ship primarily to:

United States
Canada
Mexico

International shipping (outside the above): We may be able to ship internationally on a limited, case-by-case basis. International customers must contact us before placing an order to confirm availability, shipping costs, and any restrictions.

Carrier & Tracking

Orders are shipped via USPS (and may include tracking when available). Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

Customs, Duties, and Import Rules

For orders shipped outside the United States, you are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, or import restrictions imposed by your country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

USPS Delays/“In Transit”

Once an order has been handed to USPS and tracking is marked “In Transit,” delivery is outside of our direct control. Orders delayed while “In Transit” are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks, and such claims may be disputed using tracking and fulfillment records.

9. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns due to the consumable nature of our products.

Issues (wrong item, damaged item, missing delivery concerns) are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms by reference and requires timely reporting (generally within 7 days of delivery).

Shipping costs are non-refundable except where the error was entirely on our end.

10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

Use the services for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
Use bots, scrapers, automated scripts, or data mining tools
Interfere with the site’s security features or functionality
Engage in harassment, abuse, threats, or fraudulent activity
Attempt to submit false claims, disputes, or chargebacks inconsistent with our policies and tracking records

We may restrict access to the Services if we believe misuse or abuse is occurring.

12. DISCLAIMERS (PRODUCT USE)

Our products are sold for refreshment and personal enjoyment purposes only.

No Medical advice: Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any new product if you have allergies, medical conditions, are pregnant, nursing, or are taking medications. Use of our products is at your own discretion and risk.

13. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services or products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the services or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim (if any), except where prohibited by law.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Legal Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

15. TERMS & TERMINATIONS

These Legal Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate access to the services or accounts at any time if we believe these Legal Terms have been violated.

16. MODIFICATIONS & INTERRUPTIONS

We may modify or discontinue any part of the services at any time without notice. We are not liable for interruptions, downtime, or site errors.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any legal action relating to these Legal Terms or the Services must be brought in the state or federal courts located in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana, and you consent to that venue and jurisdiction.

19. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By using the services and completing transactions, you consent to receive communications electronically (email and site notices). You agree that electronic records satisfy legal “writing” requirements.

20. MISCELLANEOUS

If any part of these Legal Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
