2. Carriers & Tracking

• All orders are shipped via USPS.

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled.

• If your tracking number shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office first. If the issue persists, reach out to us.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Times

• U.S. Orders: 5-10 business days

4. Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping costs are calculated at a flat rate of $5 USD based on shipping and handling costs for the US.

5. Incorrect Addresses

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

• We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• If your order has not shipped yet, contact us ASAP to request an address correction.

 

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
