This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By placing an order with Loaded Sisters Twisted Tea Co., you agree to the terms outlined below.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Shipping Method & Fees
All orders are shipped via USPS.

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

From time to time, free shipping may be offered through Sister Perks (member points) or promo codes, when applicable.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number.
Tracking updates are provided directly by USPS and may take time to update after the package is scanned into their system.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES & DELAYS
All delivery dates and timeframes are provided in good faith estimates only.
USPS Delays
Once an order has been handed off to USPS and marked as “In Transit”, delivery is outside of our direct control.
Orders delayed by USPS while tracking status remains “In Transit” are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks. Such claims will be disputed with the carrier and/or payment processor using tracking confirmation and fulfillment records.
If your order appears delayed, we recommend allowing additional time for USPS to complete delivery, especially during holidays, weather events, or periods of high postal volume.
DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If USPS tracking shows your order as “Delivered” but you have not received it:

Please contact your local USPS post office first, as they can provide delivery details or GPS confirmation.

If the issue is not resolved, contact us at loadedsisterstwistedteaco@gmail.com and include your order number.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by USPS to the address provided at checkout.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible to request an address correction.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at:
