At Loaded Sisters Twisted Tea Co., we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-packaged tea blends. Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Because our products are consumable and custom-packaged, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Once an order has been placed and fulfilled, it cannot be returned for a refund.

ORDER ISSUES & DEFECTS

While we do not accept returns, we understand that issues can occasionally occur.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

You received the wrong item
An item arrived damaged or unusable
Your order was never delivered or marked delivered but cannot be located

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

EXCHANGES (CASE-BY-CASE)

Exchanges may be offered at our sole discretion, depending on the nature of the issue.

We reserve the right to determine whether an exchange is appropriate
We also reserve the right to determine the replacement item(s), if any
Exchanges are not guaranteed

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been fulfilled or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or is in transit, it cannot be canceled.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was entirely on our end.

FINAL NOTES

Refunds are not issued for buyer’s remorse, delayed shipments, or carrier-related delays
Replacement items or store resolutions are provided at our discretion
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute does not override this policy
