Refund Policy

At Loaded Sisters Twisted Tea Co., we strive to deliver delicious and satisfying tea blends in every order. Because our products are consumable and custom-packaged, all sales are final. However, we understand that mistakes or issues can happen — and we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • We do not accept returns on any products due to the nature of our goods.

  • If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us and we will make it right.

2. Order Issues

 

Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • An item arrived damaged or unusable

  • Your order never arrived, or was marked delivered but cannot be found

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the issue.

  • We reserve the right to determine whether an exchange is appropriate and what item(s) will be sent in return.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been fulfilled or shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible at loadedsisterstwistedteaco@gmail.com.

  • Once an order is processed or in transit, it cannot be canceled.

Final Notes

  • We do not issue refunds for shipping costs unless the error was on our end.

  • Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and are evaluated at our discretion.
