At Loaded Sisters Twisted Tea Co., we strive to deliver delicious and satisfying tea blends in every order. Because our products are consumable and custom-packaged, all sales are final. However, we understand that mistakes or issues can happen — and we’re here to help.
1. Returns

We do not accept returns on any products due to the nature of our goods.

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us and we will make it right.
2. Order Issues
Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery if:

You received the wrong item

An item arrived damaged or unusable

Your order never arrived, or was marked delivered but cannot be found

3. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the issue.

We reserve the right to determine whether an exchange is appropriate and what item(s) will be sent in return.
4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been fulfilled or shipped.

Once an order is processed or in transit, it cannot be canceled.
